FILET MIGNON

Often referred to as the “King of Steaks”, this cut of meat will melt in your mouth, while still being leaner than most other steaks. Cut 1-2″ and weighing 4-10 oz.

PORTERHOUSE STEAK

This steak is very tender and flavorful with plenty of marbling. Great on the grill or pan-seared with a marinade or steak rub. Cut 1-1.5″ and weighing 14-18 oz.

DELMONICO STEAK

This highly marbled tender steak is great on the grill, or pan-seared with a steak rub or marinade. Cut 1-1.5″ and weighing 12-16 oz.

RIBEYE STEAK

This steak is tender and juicy as it contains more fat and marbling than other steaks. Great on the grill. Cut 1-1.5″ and weighing 14-18 oz.

NEW YORK STRIP STEAK

Arguably the most popular steak on the market, the NY Strip is very tender with a balanced flavor. Great on the grill or pan-seared. Cut 1-1.5″ and weighing 8-16 oz.

T-BONE STEAK

Known for its signature “T” shaped bone, this cut is essentially a smaller version of the Porterhouse. Great on the grill or pan-seared. Cut 1-1.5″ and weighing 11-16 oz.

FLANK STEAK

This steak is known to be large and thin with its own unique trademark texture. There are only 2 flank steaks per cow, so get them while they last! Cut 3/4-1″ and weighing 1.5-2 pounds.

SKIRT STEAK

Prized more for its exceptional and original flavor than its tenderness. A thin steak, best cooked over intense heat to lock in the juices. Cut 3/4-1″ and weighing between 1.75 and 2 pounds.

SIRLOIN STEAK

The Sirloin steak is great for kabobs, fajitas and stews. Not quite as tender as meat from the loin so marinating or slow cooking is advised. Cut 1-1.5″ thick and weighing 16-20 oz.

SIZZLER STEAK

Flavorful and affordable, yet a slightly less tender steak. Great with a marinade on the grill, or in a slow cooker recipe. Cut 1″ and weighing 8-10 oz. 2 per package

RUMP ROAST

Flavorful roast at an affordable price. The Rump roast has enough marbling to keep it tender when cooked in the oven. Weighing 2-3 pounds.

CHUCK ROAST

The most tender and flavorful of the roasts, the Chuck roast will come apart with a fork when cooked in the slow cooker. Cut 2-2.5″ and weighing 2-3 pounds.

ROUND ROAST

The Round Roast is a leaner alternative to Chuck roast. Awesome in the slow cooked or added to soups and stews. Weighing 2-3 pounds.

SHORT RIBS

Flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth tender, Short Ribs are excellent when slow cooked and marinated. Cut at 2-2.5 pounds per package.

BRISKET

Low and slow is the name of the game for this cut of meat. When cooked and marinated/barbequed correctly, the flavor of this cut is unbeatable. Cut 2″ and weighing 3-5 pounds.
